Shipping and delivery

Inquiries arrive from many countries; answers are specific to one. Nothing on this page is a promise of free worldwide shipping or of a fixed number of days.

Reachability, cost, taxes and timing are confirmed in the WhatsApp conversation for your destination, and only after that is anything agreed.

What is confirmed before you pay

Shipping is answered per destination, in writing, in the same conversation that gives you the price. Ask for all of it in one message:

  • Whether your country can be reached at all, and by which route.
  • The shipping cost to that destination.
  • The estimated lead time, given as an estimate rather than a delivery date.
  • Whether duties and local taxes are included or payable by you on arrival.
  • How the parcel is handed over and whether tracking is provided.
  • Who is responsible if a parcel is delayed, held or returned by customs.

Why no figures are printed on this page

There is no standard shipping cost and no fixed number of days, because both depend on the route, the service used and the rules of the destination country. A figure published here would be right for one buyer and wrong for the next, and a delivery promise that cannot be kept is worse than no promise at all. So the cost and the lead time are quoted for your country in the conversation, before you commit to anything.

Duties and local taxes

Import duties, sales taxes and customs handling are set by your own country and are normally the buyer’s responsibility unless the conversation says otherwise in writing.

Ask about this before you pay rather than after the parcel arrives. If your country has rules that matter here — a value threshold, a restricted-item rule, a specific paperwork requirement — say so early, because a shipping plan is far easier to change before dispatch than after it.

Before you pay

  • Have the shipping cost, the estimated lead time and the terms of sale confirmed in the same written message as the price.
  • Confirm who pays duties, and whether the agreed price includes them.
  • Confirm the delivery details you want used, and check them once in the chat.
  • Keep the written terms. They are the version that applies to your order.

Nothing on this site ships anything by itself, and no order is placed here. Dispatch happens only after a person has confirmed the terms with you.

If a route does not suit you

Say so early. Different services have different handling of tracking, packaging and customs paperwork, and the plan can usually be changed before dispatch. What cannot be done is to promise a route, a cost or a timeline in advance for every country in the world — and this page will not pretend otherwise.

Still unanswered?

The WhatsApp conversation is where prices, availability, shipping and terms for your country are confirmed. The message carries the page you were reading, so nothing has to be explained twice.
