Questions
Frequently asked questions
Twelve questions buyers actually ask, answered with what the current process supports. Where an answer depends on a supplier, it says so and points at the conversation rather than guessing.
How do I get a price?
Ask. A price depends on the exact configuration and on where it is being sent, so it is quoted in the conversation with the shipping cost beside it. Nothing on this site displays a price, and no page is a price list.
Is a watch available right now?
Availability is confirmed per inquiry, at the moment you ask. This site does not hold stock, does not reserve a watch, and a page view or an unread message reserves nothing either.
Which countries do you ship to?
Suitability and cost are confirmed for your destination in writing, before you pay. This site does not promise delivery to every country and does not offer free shipping anywhere.
How do I pay?
The site itself takes no payment and has no checkout. Any payment arrangement is agreed directly in the conversation, and only after price, shipping and terms have been confirmed to you in writing. Ask for those terms first and read them before anything moves.
Are these official watches from the manufacturer?
No. They are replica watches. This site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any watch manufacturer, and nothing here is claimed to be official merchandise or authorised dealer stock.
What photographs can I get before paying?
You can ask for a daylight dial photograph straight on, the bezel scale straight on, the bracelet closed and flat, a close frame of the clasp, a case-back frame, and a short handheld video of the moving parts. Whether a particular frame is possible for a specific unit is confirmed in the conversation.
What about the movement, the weight and the water resistance?
Those belong to the individual watch rather than to the design shown here. Ask for them by name: the calibre marking visible in a photograph, the measured weight in grams, the lug-to-lug length, and whether water resistance has been tested or merely quoted. The answers are written, and they describe the watch actually on offer.
Is there a warranty or a return window?
Only what is written into your conversation before you pay. This site publishes no warranty period, no return window and no refund promise, because none of them has been confirmed yet.
Can I ask about a model that is not listed?
Yes. Send the model name and the reference number, and availability is checked for you. Supply changes, so nothing can be promised from a page alone — and the current catalogue lists three configurations.
What is DialFolio?
DialFolio is an independent watch catalogue and inquiry site. It compares visible design details and helps a buyer ask for the current configuration, price and terms in writing.
Does this site track me?
No. There is no analytics code, no advertising pixel, no cookie set by these pages, no form and no account.
How do I contact you?
WhatsApp +86 199 7086 3830. The buttons across the site open a draft message with the model and the page already written into it; nothing is sent until you press send.
Not covered here?
Anything that depends on price, stock, destination or terms is answered in the conversation, in writing, before you decide anything.
